Project Background:

Located in a large industrial park in Kenya, the company primarily engages in logistics and warehousing operations, covering 180,000 square meters, including 50 kilometers of internal roads, 3 large parking lots, and 10 warehouses. The industrial park's original grid-connected lighting system was costly in electricity and prone to malfunctions, impacting the normal operation of the logistics area at night.

 

Therefore, to reduce operating costs and improve nighttime operational safety, the industrial park decided to replace the existing lighting system with solar streetlights and contacted our company through our independent website. The client had high requirements for the quality, intelligent functions, and after-sales service of the solar streetlights.

1. Solar Smart Functions Required: The solar streetlights need to support remote control, brightness adjustment, and fault alarm functions, allowing industrial park managers to remotely manage the solar streetlights via mobile phone or computer. Our products are fully equipped with intelligent functions, all being solar streetlights that can be remotely controlled via a mobile app. Based on customer needs, we have also specifically installed security systems, allowing for real-time monitoring in case of theft and daily alarm detection.

 

2. Brightness Requirements: Industrial park roads are 8-10 meters wide, and parking lots and warehouses require high brightness (50-100W) to ensure safe loading and unloading and vehicle passage at night.

 

3. Durability: Local winters often involve strong winds and occasional snowfall, requiring solar streetlights to have strong wind resistance and low-temperature resistance.

 

4. After-sales Service: Customers require a 2-year warranty, and we can provide consistent after-sales service guarantees.

 

Intelligent System Compatibility:

We have developed a customized intelligent control system for the solar streetlights, which is compatible with the industrial park's existing intelligent management system. Enhanced Environmental Adaptability:** The solar street light poles are made of thickened hot-dip galvanized steel, with a wind resistance rating of up to level 12, capable of withstanding strong winds. The lithium batteries are equipped with low-temperature protection, allowing normal operation at -20℃, adapting to local winter climates. The product comes with a 3-year warranty; in case of malfunction, maintenance personnel will arrive on-site within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
